Source: Nuff’ new shit, lets get back into some soft oldies..like this shirt. It was a grail for me to find back in the old days. I was really obsessed with this 12” because it held one of the best songs that i thought ALL ever recorded, a song called Crazy. It was like this hidden gem only available on the b-side of this 12” that no one had cause it wasn’t available to redly, mostly only mail-order. But point being, i loved it.

Now i have something to confess, one time when ALL was playing with Big Drill Car at the Stone in SF, i went up to the merch booth and Scott was there. I asked him if he could see his way to adding Crazy to the set list. he said sure if you can tell me what the logo on my hat is for. [it said something , i was a one word logo] i had no idea what it was but i confidently said, yeah i know, its fishing gear. I said it very confidently and fast, so why would i lie, right? Well i had no idea, i jsut knew that they liked Fishing and if i said something that would appeal to their interests i was a shoe in to hear my song for sure.

And I did! they played it and it was great! i loved it , but for some reason even to this day i remember that lie. it will never leave my brain. so funny how an inconcequencial lie can last so long. i mean its been over 20 years. I don’t remember what car i drove in to that show, or who was with me, but that one lie…
